Our Story:
We have been in business for over twenty years. Our bakery began as a small retail shop, yet has expanded into a large retail/wholesale operation servicing many hotels and catering halls throughout New Jersey & New York. Our wedding cake business began slowly, but has expanded rapidly over the years. Now there is a tremendous demand for our wedding cake services. We hope to continue making beautiful custom cakes for each of our special brides-to-be for years to come!
Our brides meet directly with Joanne, the bakery’s owner, or Paul, a seasoned wedding cake specialist. We take you through your wedding cake selection process step by step. We begin with showing you cake options and helping you create the cake of your dreams. Our assistants can also answer many of your questions. We have a dedicated staff of customer representatives who are always willing to help you! Your cake will be prepared by our bakers and talented cake decorators, with over 30 years of experience—who all work together to create an incredible work of art. Our decorators offer a variety of perspectives from their experience and artistic viewpoints. Many of our decorators have over 35 years of experience. However, we continually update our style to keep up with the latest trends in wedding cake design.

We have been credited in providing cakes for brides on Platinum Weddings on WE. Our cakes have been featured on TLC. Our products have been given notoriety and publicity in local magazines and they have been ranked in “Best of…” in various categories.
Our Specialties:
We specialize in fondant drapery and fondant work in general. We like working with custom colors, topsy-turvey wedding cakes, and really anything unique and out of the ordinary.
Tastings & Consultations:
Our appointments are at no cost. We make appointments with our brides usually a few weeks before the wedding, however the sooner the better. If a bride wants to visit us and order her cake a few months before the wedding, she is more than welcomed to do so. We welcome you to bring your family and friends to the appointment as well. The appointments are usually held on Saturdays, however weekday appointments can also be made if done so in advance.
