Bergen Mama's Cake Competition Winner!

Palermo’s Bakery was the winner in this year’s Bergen Mama Cake Competition! The theme was of course, woman’s fashion and this is the creation that we submitted:

Based on cake design and flavor, Palermo’s Bakery was crowned the winner for both by the selected panel of judges and by the public as well. As a culminating event to the competition, we created another masterpiece that had the same elements with a little bit more of a twist! This display was featured in Bergen Mama’s Eve of Fashion that transpired at the Town Audi Dealership at Englewood, NJ. The fashionista guests were all raving about the design of the cakes!
