This cute propeller hat cake was made for Tracy Morgan’s 43rd birthday this November 2011. The bottom hexagon cake is decorated with a blue fondant base and accented with different photos of Tracy all around. The top tier is a fondant propeller cake that has an actual spinning propeller toy on top! It’s so cute and it’s perfect for a 43-year-old Tracy Morgan!
