The Wedding Salon :: November 2010

On November 15, 2010, Palermo’s Bakery joined the famous Wedding Salon event at the Manhattan Center Studios for one of the year’s biggest bridal shows.

The show was definitely a success and we were very honored to be alongside some of the greatest names in the industry. The Hammerstein Ballroom was beautifully decorated and with the selection of vendors on premise, the brides were able to see a glimpse of how their wedding could be.

We featured this gorgeous 5-tier fondant, ivory, classic and elegant wedding cake that is the perfect centerpiece for your wedding reception. Its simplicity and elegance captures the classic wedding look that the princess bride always looks for. The shimmer of the pearlized fondant and the sparkle of the rhinestone jewelry makes the cake even more stunning. This cake is a show-stopper!

We also had an array of cake samples for the guests of the Wedding Salon. The brides were treated to a taste of our vanilla cake, devil’s food cake and of course, our famous red velvet cake. Our silver platters were all empty at night’s end!
