This is a simple yet pretty 2-tier fondant topsy turvy cake that is perfect for a lady’s birthday. The bottom tier is decorated with pink, gold and white fondant stripes while the top tier is beautiful with the pink and gold polka dots and finished off with a gorgeous pink fondant bow.

The birthday girl celebrated her 26th birthday so we made a fondant pink 26 fondant cake on top. To make the whole look complete, fondant white, pink and gold hearts are placed around the fondant 26 topper.

A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
