This 4-tier buttercream wedding cake is an excellent choice for a simple fall wedding. The smooth white buttercream of the base highlights the beautiful red and orange autumn colors used in the accents. A simple orange ribbon goes around the bottom of each tier of this cake and beautiful gumpaste flowers are airbrushed with fall colors and placed around the cake.

You may also opt to use fall-colored buttercream roses instead of the gumpaste flowers.

A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
