This fall-inspired 5-tier marbleized fondant wedding cake was created for a special bride at Addison Park in Aberdeen, New Jersey.

This is a replica of an original design that we made that was featured in 201 Bride Magazine. The bride came to our custom cake gallery with the picture from the magazine on hand and knew that she wanted this cake. When she saw the actual cake in the gallery, she was certainly reassured of her decision.

It is such a fitting and beautiful cake! No question, this cake is an amazing design to have for your fall wedding with a copper fondant draping at the base of the bottom tier and realistic pearlized fondant leaves accenting each tier.

For our customers closer to Manhattan, we have recently opened our second location at 3701 Park Ave. Union City, NJ. Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
