This two-tier topsy turvy cake has a “Nightmare Before Christmas Theme.” The bottom tier has a white buttercream base, which is accented with black swirls and yellow butterflies. The top tier has a black fondant base with silver and white vertical stripes. The topper of the cake is the mountain from the movie made in black fondant and it has the figurines of the two main characters, Sally and Jack, standing on top of it in front of a yellow fondant moon. This specialty cake is perfect for a birthday party!

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
