This is the perfect summer wedding cake for this season! This fondant 3-tier wedding cake is designed with the summer escape theme in mind. Sugar sand covers the board of the cake and fondant seashells decorate the bottom-most tier. The next tier is extra high, giving the cake a nice presence in the center of your reception. The color green gives it a vibrant look and the white fondant polka dots gives it a fun and modern look. To top off the cake and to complete the summer vibe, a beautiful and delicate beach chair was made as a topper for the cake. Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
