Bejeweled Wedding Cake

A girl can’t help falling in love with crystals and jewels and this cake simply says bling! Our bride wanted rhinestones, rhinestones, rhinestones on her cake and this is what we came up with. Four tiers of sparkly crystals, each one decorated in a unique way. The whole cake is covered in white fondant. The top tier has strips of crystal trim cascading down the sides, the next tier has drapes of crystals, the tier after that is simply wrapped in crystal trim and the bottom quilted tier is studded with crystal pin jewelry. To finish up the look, gorgeous fresh bright red roses were added as a topper and rose petals are scattered around the board.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
