This beautiful 5-tier pearlized fondant cake was a masterpiece made for one of our brides. With the black color being part of the theme of the wedding, this gorgeous cake is decorated in the bottom and the top with black and ivory swirls. Two other tiers are decorated with crystal pin jewelry along with rhinestone jewelry trim around the tiers. The middle tier is decorated with a beautiful single black ribbon that was made even special by adding on a sparkly gold brooch, provided by the bride. To complete the look, a stunning rhinestone studded gold monogram is added on top.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
