Whites and Ivories are the standard for Wedding Cakes but every so often, a bride would come along and order something unique and beyond the ordinary. This three tier cake is a perfect example. Iced in smooth buttercream, this three tier cake has almost all the colors of the rainbow. The bottom tier is in purple and and decorated with bright pink swirls while the top is the opposite, iced in pink buttercream and decorated with purple buttercream swirls. The middle tier is decorated with a beautiful and intricate airbrush design that ties in with the gorgeous colorful gumpaste flowers.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
