“Crazy for Blue” 3-Tier Fondant Cake

This royally enjoyable 3-tier cake is entirely covered in white fondant and detailed with touches of blue. The bottom tier is trimmed with a fondant ribbon, piped with blue scroll work, and distributed crystal cake jewelry. The second tier is wrapped in a blue fondant bow with a blue piped trim. The top tier has scattered blue fondant balls and crystal cake jewelry which compliments the cake exquisitely. Lastly, the “P” topper monogram provides a nice finishing touch. Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
