Just in time for spring, Palermo’s presents this gorgeous draped wedding cake with all the soft and lovely colors of the season. This 3-tier cake is completely covered in white rolled fondant and festooned from top to bottom with elegant fondant drapes in pink, peach, and yellow. Delicate buttercream roses in yellow, pink, coral, and orange complete the picture.

We made this showpiece for the 21st Century Bride event, but it would make a great cake for any spring wedding.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
