“Golden Anniversary!” Two-Tier Anniversary Cake

This beautiful two-tier cake is perfect anniversary cake. The bottom tier has a white buttercream base, with beaded white buttercream trim work, and is accented with hand piped, swirly, buttercream designs. Edible images are placed around the bottom tier from the couple’s wedding and they are trimmed with tiny beaded buttercream dots and gold dragees. The top tier also has a white buttercream base, with a gold fondant ribbon going around the bottom. It is accented with piped buttercream swirls and white sugar flowers are placed around the tier. The focal point of the cake is a big, gold, fondant “50″ representing a golden anniversary.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
