Using an Indian Sari as an inspiration, this amazing 6-tier masterpiece was created. Alternating quilted and smooth tiers with crystal embellishments, this cake stands out because of the gorgeous pearlized green fondant sash that drapes down from top to bottom of this cake. The sash is decorated with intricate patterns and swirls and crystal jewelry to enhance its beauty. As an accent, delicate gumpaste lilies are added on some of the tiers of the cake.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
