This gorgeous 2-tier square buttercream cake was made to look like a beautiful engagement box with an engagement ring topper that lies on ivory fondant tissue and covered with a pink fondant cover dressed up with a bow. Sprays of gumpaste flowers were used to complete the delicate look of this Bridal Shower Cake. Eleni sent us this message:

For our customers closer to Manhattan, we have recently opened our second location at 3701 Park Ave. Union City, NJ. Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
