Cake: WC-50083

This four tier wedding cake was made for one of our customers wanting to subtly incorporate the look of her dress into the cake. We were able to create a 4-tier buttercream wedding cake and overlay a fondant lace embellishment over alternating tiers. The scalloped lace was made to look as close to her actual dress as possible, as displayed in the photo. We then added scattered crystal rhinestones to add a bit of sparkle and further mimic the brides own look.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
