One of our brides sent us a photo of her stunning lotus flower inspired wedding cake at the Rockleigh Country Club, located in north Jersey. This gorgeous five tier fondant wedding cake is adorned with handmade blush pink lotus flowers. The lotus flowers cover the second and fourth tiers entirely, evoking a natural blooming appearance. All other tiers are decorated with pearlized gold gumpaste stencil and gold fondant trimmings.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
