“Marvel-ous DC” Superhero Specialty Cake

This is the perfect cake for your superhero son! Each of the three tiers of this amazing cake represents the most popular superheroes in the comic world. The bottom tier is covered in red buttercream base and is decorated with black spider web design and the Spiderman emblem. The next tier up is covered in yellow buttercream icing and is decorated with the Batman signal and the famous Superman logo that were digitally printed on edible paper. The top tier of this cake is covered in blue buttercream frosting and as decorations, action bubble signs are added on the cake as well as a red cape with the celebrant’s initial as the logo. This cape matches the birthday boy’s cute invitation.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
