A lot of sweet sixteens have a masquerade or mardi gras theme and this gorgeous white, black and silver cake is a great design to base your cake in. The slanted stripe bottom tier is unique and the modified harlequin design for the next tier is made extra special with different sized polka dots. The top tier has the classic triangle design all around and is topped-off with beautiful feathers and masks that the client provided to showcase it as a masquerade-themed cake.

A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
