This 3-tier Minnie Mouse theme cake was made in a buttercream base with the bottom tier adorned with bright pink and purple stripes and the second tier is decorated with white polka dots that is classic Minnie Mouse. The top tier has Minnie Mouse ears to complete the look and to emphasize the Minnie Mouse theme, 2 hot pink polka dot bows are added on this cake. Simple yet beautiful!

A: Palermo Bakery’s original retail store and cake gallery is conveniently located at 187 Main St. Ridgefield Park, NJ. For our customers closer to Manhattan, we have recently opened our second location at 3701 Park Ave. Union City, NJ. Keep on the lookout for our major expansion project in Little Ferry, NJ expected to open in the second half of 2013..

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
