Gorgeous at 40, we made this cake for gorgeous LaTonia! With purple and gold as the theme of the fun party, we created this buttercream base topsy turvy 3-tier cake that was embellished with purple and gold double ribbon. A beautiful pearlized purple fondant bow and the golden delicate swirls make this cake so elegant and the topper fondant twists make this so fun and festive. LaTonia sent us the photo and the following message:

Hi Lidie! Here is a picture of my cake! It came out sooo beautiful and was a hit that night and on Facebook! The colors were beautiful and fit in with my color scheme perfectly! For our customers closer to Manhattan, we have recently opened our second location at 3701 Park Ave. Union City, NJ. Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
