This stunning 5-tier fondant pearlized blue and white cake was for a very high-end Sweet 15 Celebration at the Rockleigh Country Club. The client was looking for a cake for her little princess and this Cinderella-inspired cake just took their breath away.

The fondant drape bottom tier and the fondant swag detail as well as the lace design on the pressed fondant tier gives the impression of a beautiful ball gown. Embellished with rhinestones all around and topped off with a sparkly tiara, this cake is perfect for a princess’ birthday.

A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
