Studio (MS)54 Disco Specialty Cake

This cake was specially made for the students of MS 54 Booker T. Washington Middle School. They had a charity dinner and we made the cake for the event. Being that the theme of the celebration was Studio 54 — Disco, we created this gorgeous 3-tier cake. The bottom tier is decorated with disco dancer silhouettes while the tier on top of that is a hexagon shape with squares that mimic a disco ball with the purple, pink, black and silver sparkle colors. The top tier features the logo of the event as well as some fondant record cutouts to go along with the theme. To top it off, a silver disco ball was created in fondant to complete the look.

For our customers closer to Manhattan, we have recently opened our second location at 3701 Park Ave. Union City, NJ. Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
