This gorgeous masterpiece was created for Allen Cheung, a favorite client of Palermo’s Bakery for his wedding at the Westmount Country Club. The main cake is a 3-tier white buttercream base cake and attached to two sides by staircases are 2-tier buttercream base cakes as well. And then, yet again, more staircases are attached to these 2-tier cakes for the single tiers at the bottom.
Delicate piping design is put on the sides of the tiers to give it a nice swirl touch and red material ribbon lines the bottom of each of the tiers. Allen brought in beautiful fresh red roses that were used to decorate each element of this cake.
