Two-Tier Engagement Ring Cake

This cake is perfect for your engagement party! The bottom tier has a powder pink buttercream base with a quilted design. It has pink polka dots on it. The top tier, which is shaped like a heart, has a pink fondant base and white sugar flowers are placed around the cake. White fondant is placed on top of the tier, made to look like tissue paper and a big ring is placed in the middle. The top tier is made to look like a box and has a tilted lid covered in pink fondant. This cake will have everyone “Chee-RING” at your engagement party!

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
