This3-tier hexagonal buttercream wedding cake cake has a beautiful springtime design. Green, leaf-pressed fondant bands wrap around the bottom of each tier. It is beautifully decorated with sunshine yellow fondant cherry blossoms of different sizes. Chocolate fudge icing is used to decorate the blossoms with branches that go around the whole cake.

This sweet wedding cake will also be pretty in round or square tiers but the hexagon shape gives it a bit of a quirky, whimsical feel.

Q: What are your cake pricing guidelines?
A: Cake pricing varies greatly depending on the level of detail in the design and the size of the cake itself. Birthday cakes and sheet cakes are the best priced cakes at the expense of design; they range from roughly $19.99 for a six person 7” cake to $150 for a 100 person full sheet cake. Tiered specialty cakes and wedding cakes, on the other hand, begin at $5 to $6 per slice in buttercream and $8 to $15+ per slice for fondant. The best thing to do is to inquire directly with a Palermo sales consultant regarding more exact pricing by phone or email. .

Q: What are your hours?
A: At our Ridgefield Park, NJ location, we are open Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Our Union City retail store opens later at 7:00am daily. We are open 365 days a year including every major holiday!.
